Answer #4:

Juice It Up drinks can really feel you up. Smoothies like banana, strawberries, & mango is go for people with braces. Liquid foods & really soft foods are great. Sorry I have no recipes I've never had braces & never will. My mom got me invisalign since I we take a lot of pictures & for modeling.

Answer #5:

When my daughter had her braces first on or tightened, I would put anything through the blender for her. I would blend meat, veggies, etc. All you have to do is add a bit of water or milk to get it into a paste.

Her favorite was tacos. Casseroles are good in the blender too.

Also, hummus is a good food for when your mouth is sore. It has a lot of nutrient.

Good luck.

brownies: (im not allowed to add any more links so i'll put the recipe:

Ingredients:
5oz dark chocolate.
8oz butter.
5 eggs.
1lb caster sugar.
4oz plain flour.
2oz cocoa powder.

Preparation Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 375F. Line a roasting tin with baking parchment(about 8x12 inches).
2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a large pan.
3. Take the pan off the heat. Stir in the sugar, sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Add the eggs and mix all ingredients together.
4. Pour into the roasting tin and bake for 30-40 minutes until you can put a knife in and it comes out clean. The top should be solid, but the inside still soft.
5. Once cooked, take out of the oven and cool in the tin. Cut into 2in squares.

in a few day, your teeth shouldnt ache but the cuts in your mouth may continue until your mouth toughens up, and in my case it never toughened up and i had cuts for two yeaars, til i finally got my braces off, but you can get this wax stuff from the orthodontist to put on sharp spots on the braces that kinda helps. but like i said, after a few days your teeth shouldnt hurt and you'll be able to eat anything you want except toffee and hard candy and so on.

good luck on your way to beautiful teeth!

:-)
