Question: Ideas for a vegan potluck main dish?

Answer #1:

Hummus--good, cheap, vegan. Also doesn't need to be heated or re-heated.

Answer #2:

You can make a quinoa salad--put in black olives, tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, and maybe some mushrooms or soy cheese. You can also add some basil for extra flavor. This would be a cold dish. If you want something hot, you can easily make vegan stir-fry dishes or pasta dishes. To appease any anti-vegan or anti-vegetarian eaters, you might add some textured vegetable protein, which (at least to me) tastes better than meat.

Answer #3:

You could do something like this:

Sauted Vegetables
Black Beans or Some kind of Beans
Noodles
Vegan Tomato Sauce (Classico Is Vegan)

This is once of my favorite dishes. Its wonderful and re-heats really well.

Answer #4:

A cheeseburger

Answer #5:

Answer #6:

lentils, rice and beens, stir-fry, tofu dish, pita and humas ect...
