Answer #1:

Hawaiian skewers! you could have varieties like chicken, pork, beef,ect..
so what you need is the meat, pineapple if you want, bell peppers , its kinda gonna be like a barbecued skewers. of course you need the sticks ok you will need to cut and marinate the meat.(recipe, meat, oil sprite or 7up,lemon,salt,pepper,and spices its up to you what you like.)
then leave the meat in it's sauce for a couple of hours. then when you ready to use slide the meat with the pineapple and onions and bellpeppers, and what ever you like to put on.. then you can either bake or grill!! oh i forgot one more thing you could also spread some sauce on top of the skewers when there done like terryacki or bbq or just plain! ENJOY!

Answer #2:

Hawaiian Beef Teriyaki on Skewers will be the highlight food for the party, guaranteed. Easy too.
Ingredients
* 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch strips
* 3/4 cup soy sauce
* 1/2-inch slice fresh ginger
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 pineapple, peeled and sliced lengthwise
* 1 tablespoon chiffonade ( thinly sliced mint leaves)
Directions
Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar and water. Marinate meat in the mixture in a plastic bag overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat the combo: butter/olive oil to high heat. You can braise the the meat on a sizzling saucepan.About 4-5 minutes, couple minutes on each side for a perfect medium rare meat.
Place pineapple slices on another saucepan, the natural sugars have helped them to brown, about 2 minutes per side.
Place skewers alternating meat and same size piece of grilled pineapple slice and garnish with mint.
I am certain your guests will love them. Enjoy! :))

Hawaiian Dip Recipe It’s an all-time favorite, always requested, if not expected, at many family gatherings.

2 loaves hawaiian bread
8 ounces real mayonnaise
1 chopped green onion
2 tsp beaumonde spice
3 tbls parsley flakes
3 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 big bags of chipped beef, chopped up
16 ounces sour cream

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (except the bread).
With one loaf of hawaiian bread, tear out the center to form a bowl. The dip will go into this when you are ready to add it. Tear the whole second loaf into bite size pieces for easy dipping and eating.
I use one empty loaf bag to store all the dipping pieces. The brand of bread I use comes with an aluminum tray. I use the empty tray to place on top of the bread bowl, to keep it safe when traveling.
I’ve found this dip tastes best when made a day or so in advance.
