How about your popcorn lightly drizzled with white truffle oil ... you can find white truffle oil at most supermarkets now and at a good price. Kinda fancy but still somewhat familiar!

Cajun Popcorn

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 quarts popped popcorn

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; set aside. In a small saucepan, heat oil over medium for 1 minutes; add seasonings. Cook and stir over low heat for 1 minute. Place the popcorn in a large bowl; add seasoning mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Cinnamon-Sugar Popcorn

1 cup unpopped popcorn
1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat an oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Pop the popcorn using an air popper according to manufacturer's directions. Place into a large mixing bowl, and set aside.
2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla, and cook until thick and bubbly. Pour over the popcorn, and stir until the popcorn is evenly coated. Spread the popcorn into a large roasting pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes, then turn the heat off, and allow the popcorn to stay in the oven 20 minutes longer. Remove from oven, and cool completely before serving.
