Valentines Day Dinner?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost a year.
He loves spending dinner time with me, so this valentines day I'm making him a special dinner.
I'm thinking about an Appetizer, Main Course and a Dessert.
He doesn't like soup or salad or cooked vegetables (i know weird...) but i need some type of appetizer.
He LOVES steak , but i am unsure about what recipe.
And he loves any type of dessert.

Easy, healthy vegetarian recipes? ?

I have been a vegetarian for a 1 1/2. Im 14 so the recipes can't be complex and difficult! I have many recipes and was wondering if you guys had any? I would prefer things like appetizers such as recipes for stuffed mushrooms, spinach dip, and so on.. I am also trying to eat healthier so they can not be to high in calories or fat! When we went to Disneyland in California, I really loved that appetizer salad at Blue Bayou but can't find the recipe anywhere. NOT the cajun inspired seafood salad, but the salad they serve as an option with each meal?
Again, NOT the cajun seafood salad...the appetizer salad.

Need a recipe for appetizer including some form of Coconut?

We're doing a potluck dinner and we all have to include Coconut in our meals. I have to do an appetizer. We can use any form of coconut, such as flavoring, actual bits, and or coconut milk. Shogun's Onion and Mushroom Soup?

What is the onion/mushroom soup they serve at Hibachi restaurants (shogun, taste of Asia, etc) right before they give you the salad. Kind of an appetizer I guess. I've heard it's a bouillon based broth, relatively simple, but I'd like to know if anyone else has a suggestion. Not limited to but directed at recipe holders :)
